Booked 2 rooms a standard room and a suite but the suite was the worst ever seen or experienced the room was dirty and the bar area with the nespresso coffee machine was full of stain and limescale everywhere as never been washed. So now you see what do you do apology, a commercial gesture, a gratuity, N O T H I N G = PEAK OF UNPROFESSIONALISM. On booking, I requested rooms near each other but was given 2 on different levels, plus at Check in the Gentleman argued about having no booking message then confirming but with no solution presented just saying ”Oh yes I can see”. Have previously stayed many times with the Accor brand and this seriously needs a revamp but most importantly, please please the Director of this hotel needs to see its customer service, a client complains and the lady at the reception is not even listening and no apologies presented or whatsoever. We booked this hotel based on the location which is the reason of this 1 star otherwise a 0 is what this hotel would get in my opinion and truly deserves. Worse if they are not trainees or students. Very Very disappointed and as they say arrogant French students at reception with no knowledge or customer service training. ![]() The fridges in the rooms also seem to be a bit low capacity as it took a very long time to cool anything. Issues with AC and we were moved to a nice suite but still not coping fully and this should be looked into. Overall a great stay but I think F&B needs tweaking. Again the team working here was great and always helpful. Was a bit disappointed with the selection of cold cuts and lack of perhaps a Pâté, etc. Great pastries and bread selection available. Good choice and quality coffee from machines. Eggs cooked to order were very good and always well seasoned. Seemed to struggle a bit with keeping up demand and some items were also unfortunately a bit cold. The breakfast served was buffet style and all produce was high quality. Walking distance into town with restaurants and cafes on the way. ![]() I am confident this will be a very popular hotel. Small fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, iron with ironing board, etc. The rooms were spacious and well equipped especially if you're staying for a few days. This addition to the Hilton brand is one to be proud of, very tasteful design and décor. We had a very nice long stay at this new property and from the checking in until we left the staff were very friendly, welcoming and service minded.
